At Jupiter Next Gen, we strive to deliver quality services and full client satisfaction. However, we understand situations may arise that require a refund or cancellation. This policy outlines how such requests are handled.

1. Refund Policy

  • Digital Services (Web Design, SEO, etc.): Non-refundable once the project has begun or any milestone has been delivered.

  • Hosting & Domains: Non-refundable once the domain/hosting is purchased on your behalf.

  • Bulk SMS/Email Credits: Refundable only if unused, and requested within 7 days of purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request a cancellation before the work has begun for a full refund.

  • Cancellation after project commencement will be billed for the completed portion, and the balance may be refunded.

  • Contact details

  • Service purchased

  • Reason for request

All requests will be processed within 7 business days.
