Digital Services (Web Design, SEO, etc.): Non-refundable once the project has begun or any milestone has been delivered.

Hosting & Domains: Non-refundable once the domain/hosting is purchased on your behalf.

Bulk SMS/Email Credits: Refundable only if unused, and requested within 7 days of purchase.
2. Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation before the work has begun for a full refund.

Cancellation after project commencement will be billed for the completed portion, and the balance may be refunded.
